APWU COPA, the Committe On Political Action, was created to provide Active, Retired, and Auxiliary members a way to support candidates for public office on a voluntary basis. Your contributions combine with others across the nation to insure the APWU has the ability to help those whose positions are favorable to the APWU get into public office. No membership dues are used for COPA, it's funded by the donations of APWU members and used to advance our cause.
