As a recent retiree, it is your responsibility to contact OPM and make sure that they take out your state taxes.
I hope that you will join me in continuing your membership in the Union. If not full dues, then at least the retirees dues. Retirees dues are just $3.00 a month. For this you will continue to receive the National magazine and the Press-On.
The incentive payments, like your terminal leave payment must be picked up at your former installation.
