Congressman Carnahan's office has regretfully advised members of his Veterans Advisory Panel of the passing of Major Lewis Lynch, USAF (ret). Major Lynch, a member of the famed Tuskegee Airmen, served on the Congressman's Panel and passed away 4/9/7 at the age of 85. His counsel will be sorely missed by all who had the priviledge of knowing him.
